Books For New Readers

Lately, we have been getting a lot of requests for books for very beginning readers. Often parents know to look for the Level 1 readers in our Easy Reader collection, but the levels vary by publisher and not every Level 1 is basic enough. Librarians to the rescue! Here is a list of some of the very basic books found in our Easy Reader section:
